Who we are

Manchester Custom Graphics T-shirt Ltd ("MCGT", "we") runs this website. We are responsible for the personal data you give us here. Contact us at rockylpm@mcgt.co.uk, on 07886 690245, or at Unit 4, Mandale Park, Greenside Way, Middleton, Manchester M24 1SN.

What we collect and why

Your order: name, email, phone, delivery address, what you ordered, and the images you upload to be printed. We need these to make and deliver your order (performing our contract with you).
Payment: card payments are taken by Square on their own secure page. We never see your card number. If you pay by bank transfer and upload a receipt, we keep the receipt to confirm payment.
Enquiries: if you email, call or message us, we use what you send to reply.
Website use: see Cookies below.

We keep order and payment records for six years, as UK tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your uploaded images at any time once your order is complete.

Who we share it with

We only share what each service needs to do its job:

Google: hosts this website and stores our order records and email (Google Cloud, Firebase, Google Workspace), and runs reCAPTCHA to stop spam orders.
Square: processes card payments.
Royal Mail: delivers your parcel (name and address only).
Meta (Facebook / Instagram): only if you accept cookies. See below.

Our ready-made designs shop at mcgtltd.com runs on Shopify, which has its own privacy notice. We never sell your data.
